Giorgio Pace Projects is a business development consultancy focusing on cultural, fashion, art and design projects. The company offers Giorgio Pace’s vast experience as a consultant on numerous international projects, his incredible worldwide network and his ability as cultural entrepreneur.

• Legitimate interests
  I rely on legitimate interests as a basis for processing, including some of my marketing.
  For example, if you attended previous events, I may process your personal data to personalise your emails, or to update you about significant changes to my Services.
  I carefully weigh up my legitimate interests against your rights, taking into consideration your reasonable expectations, based on your relationship with me.    Giorgio Pace Projects will never sell your personal data or share with other organisations to use for their own purposes.
   Giorgio Pace Projects work as an organizer and promoter with a variety of organizations involved in art, design and cultural activities. When these activities would be of interest to you, we'll include them in our newsletter. This is not third party marketing, but a part of our service to you.

   In carrying out our business including our obligations to you, we may use sub-contractors. These could be mailing houses, email broadcasters, marketing agencies. We will ensure that they respect your privacy and abide by all data protection laws.

   As part of our processing activities we may transfer your personal data to another country, like Switzerland. We will always ensure we have a written data processing agreement with these processors to ensure the same level of data protection in EU will apply.
4. Retention periods
   We will keep your personal data in connection with our activities you have been interested in for 5 years after the last contact. We need to retain this data for our own accounting purposes and for legal and tax purposes.
   In terms of personal data we use for marketing, we will keep this data for as long as we are able to market to you and if you withdraw your consent or opt-out of marketing communications, we will keep your contact details only to ensure that we do not contact you again for marketing purposes.
